Olivia is a senior paralegal with 13 years of professional experience.
She has extensive experience working with government agencies such as The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), The US Department of State, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), as well as federal and state courts of Alaska.
Nicole Antoine
With 30 years of experience as an immigration officer in California and Alaska, Nicole brings a wealth of expertise for our clients with advanced immigration issues. She serves as our business development contractor and senior immigration consultant.
Nicole worked for Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS) under the Department of Justice, and then for U.S. Immigration and Citizenship Services under the Department of Homeland Security.
Nicole was born and raised in Panama.
Mariana Rivera Escobar
Bilingual in Spanish and English, Mariana has been with USILC since 2021.
Mariana was born and raised in Pereira, Colombia and immigrated to the United States in 2016.
Elvis Rivera Escobar
Having practiced immigration for over a year, Elvis focuses his work on emotional and moral support, K-9 Visas, and general WOOF based issues.
A man of few words, Elvis’ presence can always be felt and his warm support is a comfort to many clients. If you would like to schedule a time with Elvis just swing by the office, as he has an open door policy.
When not in the office, Elvis can generally be found lounging on small cushions or going for long walks. He is a born and raised Alaskan who loves the outdoors, and snacks.
Rayna Zaugg
Rayna is an associate paralegal who has been onboard with USILC since 2021.
She completed the Post-Baccalaureate Paralegal Studies Program at the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2022.
Ana Lucero
Ana began her legal career in October 1989, Dorsey & Whitney. Ana supported the Exxon Legal team in providing litigation and discovery support on Labor, Immigration and Family Law cases. In 2007, Ana worked at the Alaska Immigration Justice Project, providing legal support specifically in the areas of U Visa, T Visa, VAWA, Asylum and Family based petitions.
Ana also worked at Arctic Immigration LLC, providing paralegal support in a variety of family based and complex Asylum cases. Additionally, Ana has been a community advocate for Latino’s in Alaska for over 20 years, a Notary for the State of Alaska and takes pride in working in an atmosphere and serving the needs of people in her community.
Suparat Prasannet
A born and raised Alaskan, Suparat serves as the manager of Alaska Immigration Law Center, where she brings a deep commitment to supporting the needs of immigrant communities. Suparat is currently pursuing her marketing degree at University of Alaska Anchorage.
Raised by Thai immigrant parents, she learned traditional Thai Folk Dance and began performing at three years old. Alongside her professional work, she is passionate about exploring Alaska's vibrant food scene and taking in the natural beauty of her home state.
In her spare time, she enjoys staying active in her community, always seeking new ways to connect and make a positive impact.
Ali Broaddus
Ali is new to our team. She is a recent law student graduate and recently moved up to Alaska from Montana. During her time at law school, Ali was the managing editor of the law review. Ali competed in a national moot court competition where her team placed 4th, and Ali won the award for best oral arguer.
Ali is very adventurous. In her free time, she enjoys fly fishing in the many rivers of Alaska with her husband.
Nicole Huff
Nicole was born and raised in Colon, Panama, and moved to the United States in 2015. She attended Northern Arizona University and received her bachelor’s degree in Spring 2024. Nicole joined AILC in 2024 as an administrative assistant and client liaison. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Karen Torres Nieves
Karen is a dedicated paralegal who's deeply committed to ensuring that clients have the full support and resources they need to navigate the US immigration system system smoothly and effectively.
She is a proud graduate of the University of Alaska Anchorage. In addition to her legal work, she serves as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force Reserve.
Originally from Columbia, Karen enjoys reading, learning about new things, working out, scuba diving, and rock climbing.
